I was super lucky, there was no line when I went to vote at 11:30 on my lunch break, but I think there are so many places to vote here (I am registered in my parent's town of residence) that I think the load was balanced quite well. I drove past one polling location on the half-mile drive to my polling location, then another 2 polling spots on the 2 mile or so drive to where I went to get lunch.
Oh, and it was so sad, I could totally go vote again. My grandma, who is in no condition to cast a vote, and has a name that could apply to a man as well as a woman, was on the list next to me, and they didn't ask me for identification or anything, just my name and I signed next to it.
