Claire had a pretty sound sleep, though it seemed the same could not be said about Sam. When she awoke in the morning, he was tossing and turning a bit. She was pretty sure he was having another nightmare.

"Sam?" she called, gently trying to wake him.

Sam sat straight up, his breath coming fast. He blinked a few times and then realized where he was. He wrapped his arms around Claire.

"Sorry," he mumbled, burying his face in her hair.

"It's okay," Claire assured, holding him. "Another nightmare?"

"Yeah," Sam admitted. "Sorry I woke you."

"I was already awake," Claire said softly, continuing to hold him. "Are you okay?"
