If anyone hadn't noticed any bruises obtained while fighting an assassin off Jessica this weekend, it was because this week was fail Sia had been very good about covering them up. It wasn't even a vanity thing, but she didn't so much want people asking questions when it wasn't really her story to tell

"Makeover time?" Juliet asked curiously, when she came back to the room and saw Sia with the cosmetics. Not that she thought Sia needed a makeover, but she understood that every so often a girl wanted to try new things.

She'd managed somehow not to notice the bruises, possibly because she didn't really look that closely at most things to begin with.

"Judt trying some new techniques," Sia said, and technically that was true. "Nothing exciting."

Juliet tilted her head. "The way you have it is pretty good," she decided. "Do you want to try covering up your white streak? I got some pink hair mascara stuff and like never used it."

"I'm good with my hair the way it is," Sia said, and frowned. "You think I should cover it up?"
