Wow, so last week was a total wash. I thought I was just In General fibromyalgia-sick, but it turns out Dan and I have strep throat. Although I guess I'm not TOO surprised to learn this, as I've had chills since Wednesday, and my throat's been giving me issues since Friday. :P I am sort of wondering how long it's been hanging out in here,

Oh my goodness, has it been 10 days already? D: Sorry for taking forever to respond. Anyway, thanks very much for the well wishes! Those ones last week, sadly, weren't enough, so I'm on my second set of antibiotics...but these ones are real doozies. I'm sure they'll get the job done. :)

Do the antibiotics help with other non-strep symptoms as well?

I really have, especially now that I'm farther into it. Hopefully i will be able to write more about it later, but for now I'm dizzy. :P

Antibiotics do tend to help with other viruses, but for me it tends to be a mixed bag. I get dizzy (...gee, focusing on that a bit), weak, and nauseous, and they tend to make me nearly as annoyed as the illness. This week they put me on something stronger. But I seemed to need it, so that's fine. I'll just roll around on the couch here for a bit and make absolutely certain this goes away. I think I might've had it for awhile.
