It's been a long time since DOMA and the Orichalcos business. Perhaps you've forgotten all about it, the legends that went with it, the dragons and knights that went with it. Or like a jerkass maybe you've just been pretending it never existed in the first place, so what if it was filler, it was good. It's been years since then, years since the

Was Kaiba-kun letting his solid-visions fly around outside or something? It would be unlike him. Yuugi moved outside and looked up to the sky to look for any Blue Eyes or maybe a Red Eyes.
Instead there was not!Atem. Someone Yuugi actually remembered from that time! It was kind of hard to forget, he was a soul that was going to be eaten by a giant Leviathan back then.
This person then, he was the dragon! This was...
"Timaeus!" And Yuugi rushed over and greets him with a hug as if welcoming home an old friend, and one could argue that was somewhat true.
Reply
"Good, you remember." That meant they didn't have to waste a lot of time on greetings.

Yuugi's concern for the other was out weighing the fact that something terrible could be happening but he was still, he didn't completely ignore that fact.
"Do you know where Atem is?"
Reply
"And that's a long story- one best discussed elsewhere." He didn't want to go into details when he couldn't exactly see who was around them.

She's interrupted, however, by the man's appearance, started only briefly before she turns around and takes care of the ones behind them, or at least attempts to. They get set on fire either way.
"Atem?" She questions the man, but doesn't approach him. He's not dressed as he had previously been, and she regards him wairly. Even if he wasn't, she knows that an injured state will make any person more tense.

His head shook as he turned to look at her. "My name is Timaeus." The greeting was offered with a gruff in his voice. The sword was sheathed afterwards, even when it left his own stance slightly bent. "I'll be taking Atem's place for a while."

"We need to move, you can awnser me while we do." Cissnei gestures after scanning the area, moving and expecting him to move after.

"It's not a story best explained out in the open, anyway."

He wasn't expecting a defender, though. The safety on his handgun has only just been removed when the swordsman dropped in front of him. In the state he was in, Kaiba didn't really recognize him. With the time now given to him, he pivoted to shoot any stragglers. The gun aimed at the vaguely familiar man's head just as quickly. Kaiba couldn't take any chances.
"Explain!" The brunet hissed. Where his rival went, who those men were, what they wanted, who he was, everything.

His eye flicked towards the weapon before raising to Kaiba's own eyes. He remembered this man, maybe with some soft fondness (perhaps attributing to his reminiscence of his warrior), but now wasn't the time to explore that.
He was also very sure that trying to tell him now wasn't the time and to leave wasn't going to work. His sword was sheathed, though reluctantly, to try and speed things along. "Dartz has made a second move to destroy the one he harbors a grudge for. A grudge so strong it gave the Leviathan the ability to pull him back into the depths of hell."
Reply
"So he can pull who he likes?" Kaiba said, his mind immediately going to Mokuba. Of course, he himself was likely more at risk if this was true. Not that that was likely. Finally, though, the gun was lowered.
"You should be with Atem, not here," Kaiba said coolly.
Reply
His eye lowered and his stance caved slightly as the pain started up again. "Either way, Dartz was after him and just him this time. He thinks this plan will be much better somehow." A scoff.

But, in his place was another person in armor with a missing eye. He certainly looked like Atem, but something was different. Maybe a long-lost relative or something? It wouldn't surprise her, after everything else.
Though, with how he was leaning on the sword, her concern overpowered her feelings for the current situation.
"Are you all right?"
Reply
"I'm fine." Whoever she was, she'd obviously been with Atem and thus important to the man. "Are you alright?"
Reply
She looked around again. At least the cloaked figures were gone. But so was Atem, and this... person was in his place.
"Yes, I'm fine." Not a scratch on her, from what she could tell. "What were those things?"
Reply
"Either way, they'll be the last ones passing through." Which was a shame, really, because he was entirely in the mood for more bloodshed.
Reply
"There was no need for that," she tells him, tilting her head to the side to further study him. He...looked familiar, like a distant memory. So close for her to grasp and yet still out of her reach.
Or perhaps it's his armor that strikes a chord within her, reminding her of her former life with her senshi and the Earth's prince.

"I brought them with me, so yes, there was."
Reply
"You wanted to put others in danger?" she asked, keeping her voice even and calm as she summoned her staff. Up from the ground came a scepter of white with a crystal with wings resting on the top. She reached out to hold it in her hand. She wasn't going to attack him, at least not yet, not unless he gave her a reason to.
Reply
The blade was not raised at her, however, but held close to him. "I killed them because I don't want them harming anyone else."
