summary: five years have passed sense Ryeowook and Yesung last saw each other at the Y.M.C.A (Yearning Males Come Alone)
Ryeowook took a deep breath in of the stuffy city air as he stared up at the shining sky scraper in front of him. He covered his eyes from the harsh reflections of the sun on the freshly cleaned windows. His heart felt tight, as he shifted his feet anxiously, was this really what he wanted to do? What if something went wrong, After all it had been five years sense he last even saw Yesung.
It took four and a half years of slaving away (literally) at the whore house before he was able to get out . It had been hard for everyone once Kangin and Teukie left, Kangin’s father cared much less and let anyone who paid enough do whatever they pleased to them. Ryeowook never blamed Kangin or Teukie for leaving him behind, because they asked many people if they wanted to runaway with them, they even promised to house everyone but most people were in some kind of debt. Heechul and Hankyung left for Siwon and Kibum within a month, Henry got a job with some entertainment company so he didn’t stay too long either.
Ryeowook was glad his friends got out of such a terrible job, but felt rather lonely for the rest of his time working. For another half a year Ryeowook spent the time searching for where Yesung worked, and waited until he found the perfect job for himself and applied. He went through four interviews to get the job.
Ryeowook was quit upset the day he realized the outside world was just as disgusting as the whore house. He had to do things, shameful things to assure he got the job. And worst of all he had to do it in front of other people. He was surprised he didn’t cry when he got on his knees. But all he thought about was seeing Yesung again and hopefully making things right.
A small shove of his shoulder as someone pushed passed him took Ryeowook out of his thoughts. He shook his head slightly and looked around at the crowded city street, no one talking to each other but into the cell phones they held close to their ears. It seemed like a lonely life. Ryeowook glanced down at his watch, gasping at the time he saw, he only had three minutes to get to the 10th floor and at his desk.
“Eeek!” Ryeowook cried out before pushing through the glass front doors and jogging across the lobby. He stopped in front of the elevator pressing the button repeatedly as he watched the numbers blink letting him know the elevator was coming down. He tapped his foot impatiently until the metal doors finally split open, revealing a rush of people coming out and going in. Luckily, Ryeowook got in the elevator just in time.
Ryeowook tapped his fingers impatiently against the wall as he watched people hit many buttons for different floors. He didn’t have time to stop at all those floors, but he didn’t have time to climb the stairs. He couldn’t get fired on his first day, he just couldn’t. Just as he felt he was going to explode the elevator doors clicked open and let out a beep letting him know he had finally reached the 10th floor.
He ran out, trying his best not to run into people carrying large stacks of papers. He weaved his way into the right office and slipped into the computer chair in front of his desk before anyone could notice he wasn’t there. He let out a sigh of relief when he saw no one around, he had been 3 minutes late.
“You are late.” A voice stated catching Ryeowook’s attention.
He stood as he noticed a figure enter the room, exiting out of the main office. “I’m so sorry!” Ryeowook bowed.
“Oh, don’t worry about it, it’s no big deal. The boss doesn’t even arrive for another half hour.” The other man sighed. “I’m Donghae, by the way” The older man smiled holding out his hand to shake Ryeowook’s.
“I’m Ryeowook.” He smiled gripping Donghae’s hand.
“Nice to meet you. I hope you’ll actually last as a secretary, everyone we get he finds a problem with. It’s like he doesn’t want anyone to have the job.” Donghae sighed, shaking his head slightly.
“What job is yours?” Ryeowook questioned curiously.
“Oh, I’m his personal assistant. But its more like I am his date planner.” Donghae explained, “ I shouldn’t even say date, he usually just sleeps with them and ditches, not much of a stay around the next day kind of guy.”
“Was he always like this?” Ryeowook asked, wondering if Yesung was secretly seeing someone else when they had a fling.
“Hmm for as long as I worked here, but I haven’t worked here too long, only three years. They claim he used to be very nice and good natured, not thinking with just his groin.” Donghae continued to rant about their boss.
“I wonder what made him change…” Ryeowook whispered, turning his head slightly to look out one of the large windows behind him. Looking out made him feel a little queasy considering his great fear of heights. He took a deep breath closing his eyes as he tried to focus on something else. A small sound of footsteps and the glass door closing make Ryeowook look up.
He noticed Yesung entered the office, looking smooth in a fully black suit with a bright white tie. But a smirk on his face seemed alien to Ryeowook. Yesung glided confidently over to Donghae.
“You look gorgeous today, trying to look good for the boss so he’ll give you a raise?” Yesung eyed the younger man dangerously, “You just might succeed.” Yesung whispered suggestively, his fingers brushing through Donghae’s hair than down his chest, his hand probably would have gone lower if Donghae wouldn’t have slapped it away.
“There are more guys than just you work in this building.” Donghae took a few steps away.
“Mmm, but,” Yesung’s fingers gripped the younger man’s belt tugging him close. “I’m the only real man, you’ll ever meet.” His hot breath danced across the other man’s bare neck.
“Hyukjae, can fulfill my needs more than you ever could. And man? Yeah right, sleaze bag is more like it.” Donghae pushed the older man away.
“Oh but you like it.” Yesung winked causing the younger man to roll his eyes.
“Stop, being a pervert and greet your new secretary.” Donghae motioned over to the small desk, Ryeowook sat behind.
Ryeowook quickly stood and smiled kindly, “Hello.” His heart sunk at the hateful glare washed over Yesung’s face removing the sly smirk.
“Since when did we hire people of his kind?” Yesung hissed.
“He had good qualifications, the board says.” Donghae replied.
“What qualifications can he possibly have from being nothing but a cheap whore?” Yesung snarled, “I want a new secretary.” he demanded, before stalking off into his office. It was a small room with mostly glass walls, he had shades lining them for privacy but they were mostly kept open during the day.
Ryeowook watched through the blinds as Yesung shoved something off of his desk. “I-I’ve never seen him so angry.” Donghae whispered watching Ryeowook. The younger of the two kept his eyes on the boss, watching him sink down into his desk chair.
“How do you guys know each other?’ Donghae questioned sitting on the corner of Ryeowook’s desk.
“I don’t,” Ryeowook shrugged peeling his eyes away to look at Donghae.
“I’m not stupid, I have eyes.” Donghae spoke simply, sitting on Ryeowook’s desk. “Is it something so bad to say?” His voice became more comforting, “I’ll talk to him and try to convince him to give you a shot at working here. People can change, right?”
“Not always for the best,” Ryeowook pouted.
“The only place to go from rock bottom is up though, and the boss has hit rock bottom. Maybe you can save him.”
“Save him? He seems fine, maybe even more than fine.” Ryeowook’s eyes drifted back over to Yesung in his office. It seems weird, that sentence, Yesung was the one always saving him, maybe this time he had to put more of an effort in.
“he’s a horn dog. He sleeps with more people a week than paid hookers do. He chooses having sex with people over food all the time.” Donghae let the sentence slip through his mouth without even thinking, then suddenly clasping his hands over his mouth only opening them to whisper, “I’m sorry.”
“That’s alright, that job is behind me now.” Ryeowook just wished he could forget all the horrors he went through just to pay money back. An awkward silence filled the air, as they both sat there thinking about Ryeowook’s previous job.
A door opening to the main office made them both turn their heads. Ryeowook noticed Donghae shift a bit on the desk, leaning back on his arms, as if trying to make himself appear more sexy. Ryeowook eyed the man entering for a moment, his copper hair shined well underneath the fluorescent lights, and contrasted nicely with his white dress shirt, the button closest to his neck was undone and his tie was loose, Ryeowook couldn’t tell if it was style or he had gotten frustrated and made it looser on purpose.
His shirt was untucked, giving him a very non-business like air around him, his ripped jeans, added to his very unprofessional ensemble. He didn’t seem to match anyone in the entire building. If he was going for the concept of sexy, he sure nailed it easily.
Donghae bit his lip as he took in the sight of the older man, “Hey hyukkie.” Donghae smiled cutely, trying not to act like a hormone crazy teenager like he felt. He thought after he got old enough and was around the older man longer he wouldn’t feel so giddy just by his sight.
Ryeowook watched as “Hyukkie” approached Donghae, a smirk on his face, as he carefully rolled up sleeves. He stood in between Donghae’s legs, letting one of his hands begin to go up and down the other man’s leg, stopping any breathing Donghae was releasing.
“H-Hyukjae what are you doing here?” Donghae stuttered, suffering from the other’s magic hands.
“Coming to kiss you good bye before I go on my lunch break.” The other man smiled before leaning in to close the gap between them. Ryeowook was tried to count how many seconds long the kiss was going to be but lost count around 87 seconds.
He watched as Donghae clung pleadingly to the older man as he pulled away. “Don’t go to lunch, stay here.” Donghae begged, pressing a quick kiss to Hyukjae’s lips.
“Hae,” Hyukjae spoke calmly, “If I don’t go you won’t work and will get fired and we can’t have that, now can we? If you get fired how can we have sex in the elevator after your work day has finished?” He placed a single kiss to Donghae’s chin.
“I guess you have a point there,” Donghae sighed.
“Don’t worry the day will end soon, just work hard.” Hyukjae gave Donghae one last lingering kiss, one that made Donghae’s skin boil. “Whose he?” Hyukjae asked pulling out of the kiss, to glance at a spying Ryeowook.
“Oh that’s Yesung’s secretary.” Donghae explained.
“Ex secretary,” Ryeowook pouted.
“No you are not, I am going to talk to him. And get him to give you a chance. And maybe that way you guys can work out what ever issue you have and be friends.” Donghae smiled, while he imagined a happy Ryeowook and Yesung chatting together.
“Well, then I should get going, bye my love.” Hyukjae slowly moved out of Donghae’s touch, and slowly let his fingers trace the boy until he stepped to far away and neither man could touch the other, their eyes lingered on each others before Hyukjae walked out the door. Ryeowook was amazed by their desire to be with each other all the time. And wondered if he and Yesung would ever have that like they used to.
Donghae let out a sigh, watching the floor before slipping off the desk to stand. “Well, I better go talk to Yesung, I’ll be back.” He smiled before entering the small office. Ryeowook refused to watch the conversation, so he just sat tapping his fingers against the desk to the beat of his nervous heart.
After about five minutes of wondering which way he would get thrown out of the building, Ryeowook noticed Donghae exit the other office, a victorious smile on his lips.
“So alright, we have a deal now. You can continue to work here if today you don’t miss any calls, so in order for you to do that, I would suggest you don’t take any breaks because the second you leave the second someone will call with a business proposition. Oh and as his secretary you need to pretty much lie to all his family members and always tell them he is in a meeting, for some reason he hates talking to them. Something about them being money sucking leeches.” Donghae rambled.
“Oh, I see. What else do I really have to do? I haven’t had a job like this for a long time…” Ryeowook whispered, a little ashamed of his past.
“Okay, on the computer there is a calendar in which you sill input all business meetings he is surely to have, and print it out and hand it to him. And also if he needs you to type up anything you have to do that. Oh and even though he doesn’t want to talk to his family make sure to get some sort of message from them so he will know why they called.” Donghae explained some more.
“Okay, thank you.” Ryeowook smiled gratefully at the older man.
“Anytime, now I have to go get him a coffee before I lose my job, personal assistant my ass, more like slave.” Donghae muttered before leaving Ryeowook alone in the office.
The hours passed oddly slow, and torturous, especially when Yesung would step outside his office for teasingly short moments, as if just to flaunt how happy he was and how mouth wateringly attractive he stayed. Ryeowook was surprised by how much he truly missed seeing the other man. He wished Yesung would just glance his way once but he never did, not once. He just went through the main office like Ryeowook never existed and went out into the hallway then entered just to get back to his own office.
The ringing of the phone, interrupted the troubling thoughts swarming his head. “Hello?” Ryeowook answered for the 7th time today. Expecting it to just be about another meeting to schedule Yesung for.
“Hi, I-is Kim Jongwoon, available?” A shaky voice of an woman questioned.
“Um, may I ask who is calling?” Ryeowook assumed it must be someone close to Yesung, because they used his real name.
“I’m his mother, and I know he is very busy but couldn’t I just talk to him for a few seconds, just to know how he is doing. I haven’t talked to him in years.” The woman pleaded, breaking Ryeowook’s heart, he hated to say no to the woman.
“I’m very sorry ma’am. He is in a very important meeting.” Ryeowook’s sorrow seeped through the phone.
“He always is in a meeting.” Yesung’s mother sighed heavily, “More important then his family? You know he hasn’t visited for five years. He is always so caught up in with his work and sinful lifestyle.”
“I..” Ryeowook didn’t know what to say he wanted to ask why Yesung stopped visiting but knew it wasn’t his place. “I’m very sorry, but he is very busy and I’m sure he regrets not being able to communicate with you. May I take a message for you? I promise to give it to him.”
“Just let him know, that his family misses him and loves him dearly and that we would like to know how he is doing lately.” Ryeowook wrote out a quick not paraphrasing the woman’s words.
“Okay, I have the note written.”
“Thank you, good bye.” And before Ryeowook could reply the woman hung up the phone. Maybe Ryeowook wasn’t the only person Yesung was treating cruelly.
Ryeowook stared at the bright pink sticky note, trying decide his next course of action. He pulled a small black book filled with phone numbers and flipped through the pages until he saw ‘Lee Donghae’ wrote very plainly with a number scribbled underneath, there was a home phone number and a cell hone number, for anytime use.
Ryeowook picked up the corded phone on top of his desk and dialed the cell phone number quickly.
“Hello?” Donghae questioned.
“Hey, um I just got a call from Yesung’s mom and now I have a message…what do I do with it?” Ryeowook asked unsure.
“Oh well go and give it to him.”
“But you told me not leave my desk.”
“Well this is the only exception and do it fast and if you hear the phone ring sprint to it.” Donghae explained.
“oh, okay, and when do I give him his schedule?”
“Very very end of the day, um I have to go, sorry I can’t help you out more, he has me on some silly goose hunt for an outfit he can wear when he goes out to party tonight. So bye.” Ryeowook heard a click as Donghae hung up.
Ryeowook took a deep breath before standing. His fingers shakily picked up the small note, his body felt heavier with every step as if trying to stop him from entering the other office. He pushed the heavy door open and slipped inside.
Yesung’s eyes lifted from the paperwork in front of him, onto Ryeowook’s thin frame.
“I have a note for you, sir.” Yesung noticed Ryeowook’s trembling legs as he took small steps towards his desk to place a piece of paper on it. “It’s from your mother.” Ryeowook explained, his heart thumping in his chest.
“Thank you.” Yesung replied civilly as he picked up the note the younger man had set down.
“Oh your welcome!” Ryeowook bowed hurriedly, he wanted to be polite as possible to please the older man. Ryeowook pouted slightly as Yesung’s dark eyes went back to the paper in his hand.
Ryeowook turned around to leave, his hand accidentally knocking something of Yesung’s desk.
“Ohmygoshimsosorry.” Ryeowook spoke quickly as soon as he heard the thud of the thing hitting the ground. He bent down trying to pick up all the pens that fell out of the pen holder he knocked down. He sent the container on the table then put pens in one at a time. His eyes searched over the floor turning around to pick up one that rolled as far as the other door.
Yesung watched as Ryeowook tried his best to pick up everything from his moment of clumsiness. The act of knocking over the pen holder made Yesung smile slightly Ryeowook was still a klutz. He felt his eyes narrow in on Ryeowook’s small ass which was propped in the air as he searched. It still held it’s perfect shape that begged Yesung to touch it. He licked his lips slightly watching the other man, get on all fours to crawl around making sure no other pens were lost.
Ryeowook spotted on last pen underneath Yesung’s chair, he crawled over and reached under the chair to grab it, smiling that he found the last pen and now his embarrassment could be over. He titled his head up greeted by a large surprise, his eyes were level with Yesung’s crotch. He had crawled between the other man’s legs to get to the pen and barely missed hitting his head on the chair as he looked up.
Yesung closed his eyes, as Ryeowook’s warm breath teasingly washed over his black pants. He had the urged to grab the other man’s head and bring it closer to his member which was beginning to throb from the lack of attention.
The phone ringing in the other room is what snapped them both out of their daze. Making Ryeowook’s face grow dark red as he realized where he had been staring. In a hurry to get out of the room, he smacked his head on the desk trying to stand.
“Oww!” Ryeowook cried out holding his head but not stopping his desperate attempt to escape he dropped the final pen in the penholder before rushing out of the room to barely make it to the phone in time.
****************************20 minutes later**********************
A slender man waltzed into the main office, catching Ryeowook’s attention. His medium length black hair framed his face nicely, and showed off dangling silver cross earrings. He had flawless pale skin, almost porcelain looking under the office’s bright lights. He seemed so graceful until his foot got caught on the rug slightly, making him almost fall over, letting out a nervous laugh in the process.
“May I help you?” Ryeowook finally found his words.
“Jaejoong,” Yesung beckoned from his office doorway. A small smirk attached itself to both of their lips, as Jaejoong ignored Ryeowook and went right into Yesung’s arms as he was pulled into a hungry kiss.
Ryeowook’s frown deepened as Yesung pulled Jaejoong into his office, he couldn’t help but watch them between the blinds. Yesung’s hands wandered underneath Jaejoong’s shirt toying with the skin he found there before ripping off the unwanted shirt.
Jaejoong moaned as Yesung’s lips covered his nipple, licking it ever so hungrily. Ryeowook felt his whole body heat as he watched the scene. He missed Yesung’s hungry touches and caresses on his own body, he missed those hands and talented tongue. Jealousy surged through his body as he watched the scene but couldn’t help but get aroused as he imagined himself in that situation with Yesung.
He watched as Yesung’s nimble fingers undid Jaejoong’s pants, shoving them down, while keeping a passionate kiss pressed to Jaejoong’s lips. Jaejoong broke away from the kiss and prepped himself for Yesung’s entrance.
“Now,” he whispered, as he turned around gripping the desk as Yesung began to pound inside him hitting all of the right spots, luring loud silky moans out of Jaejoong’s swollen lips.
Ryeowook looked around the room cautiously, he wasn’t allowed to leave the room, but there was something eh desperately needed to take care of. He looked at the clock on the computer, only ten minutes until his time was up, he slipped his hand into his own pants, taking care of the problem Yesung’s grunts caused. He closed his eyes as his lips parted in silent moans, as his own hands brought him closer and closer to a climax, his hands didn‘t feel nearly as good as Yesung‘s once had. He was too wrapped up in his own world, his own movements and own needs, he didn’t hear Yesung call out his name while he thrust deeper into Jaejoong.
Yesung completely froze after that wretched name slipped out, the name that haunted him for the last 5 years. He sighed angrily as he pulled out of Jaejoong, no longer in the mood to finish his job.
“Wh-what?” Jaejoong panted, his eyes dark with desire despite hearing a name not of his own being called out.
Yesung didn’t respond to the other man’s question, instead he pulled his pants up quickly buttoning them and exiting his own office, to find Ryeowook. He stalked over and grabbed the smaller man’s arm roughly, making his eyes snap open as he was dragged out of his seat and down the hall into the bathroom.
Yesung quickly shoved Ryeowook against the wall. “Why they hell are you here?” Yesung snarled.
“I-I,”
“You know what forget it, I don’t want to fucking hear it. Why don’t you give up your control over me?” Yesung growled, “Huh? Why can’t you let me forget you, why do you haunt me, why are you the only one I ever want to make love to?!” Yesung punched the wall next to Ryeowook’s head, in a fit of rage. He was frustrated with how Ryeowook was the person every night he thought of. And he didn’t understand why Ryeowook wanted to come back into his life now.
“I-” Ryeowook began, pausing to look at Yesung, “I had to give people blow jobs just so I could work for you.”
“Once a whore always a whore.” Yesung hissed.
“What is wrong with you? Why did you become this way? Huh? You were always so kind…” Ryeowook pouted.
“Why? Hah. What a stupid question to ask. You, you are the reason I became this way. Your heartless behavior turned me into this monster! I don‘t even like talking to my parents because of you. I always told them how I was going to bring the person I love to meet them and then you hurt me and I don’t what to have to tell them that so I avoid them.” Yesung looked disgustedly down at himself.
“It wasn’t a heartless behavior.” Ryeowook whispered.
“What?” Yesung scoffed in disbelief, “if it wasn’t heartless what was it?”
“My heart is what made me push you away. I used it to make the decision I did. Because I loved you, I didn’t want you to get in the way of me and my debt collectors, I didn’t want them to hurt you.” Ryeowook tried to explain, his hands gripping Yesung’s suit jacket to make sure he couldn’t get away as he told him the truth.
“You are still a really great little actor aren’t you.” Yesung sneered.
“No, no this is real! Please believe me!” Ryeowook pleaded, pushing himself further against the other man.
“I can’t believe you. Its hard to believe people who rip out your heart then never give it back.”
Ryeowook was struck silent how could he make the other man believe, maybe he could make him feel his love for him. Ryeowook pressed his lips forcefully against Yesung’s, moving closer to the other man to make sure he couldn’t break this kiss. “I love you.” Ryeowook whispered as he pulled away and began to leave pecks on Yesung’s lips. “I love you, I love you I love you!” Those words ignited something in Yesung, he could feel the truth in the pleading words, as tears streamed down the younger man’s face. Yesung’s heart melted to the words.
Ryeowook grew surprised as when he tried to leave another peck on Yesung’s lips, the other man didn’t let him pull back but held his head there. Ryeowook’s heart fluttered hopefully as Yesung’s tongue demandingly entered his mouth running their tongues together playfully.
Ryeowook released a muffled moan into Yesung’s mouth as electricity danced through his veins from the heavy passion in the kiss. Yesung pressed Ryeowook against the wall gain rolling their hips together, he was surprised as he rubbed against Ryeowook’s arousal.
“What, why are your pants undone?” Yesung questioned pulling away and motioning downward,
“Oh, um.” Ryeowook flushed brightly. “I was erm in the middle of something when you grabbed me.” He whispered embarrassed.
“Aww, I’m sorry here let me finish for you.” Yesung laughed at the surprised look on Ryeowook’s face as his hand gripped his hardened member and stroked it in a steady rhythmic pattern.
“Y-Yesung!” Ryeowook’s velvet voice danced through the air as he moaned. He squeezed his eyes shut knowing within seconds he’d explode, he had missed the other’s touch too much.
“ah.” Ryeowook cried out as he seeped out into his own pants.
“I love you.” Yesung whispered as his eyes studied the younger man’s face twisted with bliss.
“I’m sorry for ever hurting you. And if you still want me to leave I can go…”
“Don’t be stupid, I’m never going to let you leave me. Come on lets go home and catch up on everything we missed in the last 5 years.”
“W-what about Jaejoong?”
“I only called him here to finish what you started.” Yesung shrugged, Jaejoong and him had only ever been friends with benifits, Yesung never truly felt anything for the other man.
“That’s cruel of you. You should go apologize.”
“You’re right,” Yesung sighed. “I’ll meet you in the lobby. Promise to be there?” His eyes begged.
“Of course.” Ryeowook placed a quick kiss to Yesung’s cheek. “Can you get my stuff on my desk, my shift is over now.”
“Okay, I will.” With that Yesung disappeared out of the bathroom.
Ryeowook slowly exited too, he walked over to the elevator pressing the down button. He knew it was going to take a lot of time for him and Yesung to completely get passed the past but at least now they could go for a walk and talk about things.
A loud beep rang into the air as the elevator stopped and opened its doors for Ryeowook to enter. He froze at the sight in front of him. Donghae was pressed tightly against the wall, his head tilted back, eyes closed mouth opened in a silent moan as Hyukjae’s tongue ran along his collar bone, while pressing their lips tightly against each other. Neither turned to look out the opened doors.
Ryeowook just waited for the door to close, “I think I better take the stairs.”
