[The video starts dark - it's a rugged environment, dim and somewhat angled, perhaps a mountain. Soon, Flynn runs by, looking determined, looking behind him, running right into a black dome that spreads across the frame. There's a scream of agony, so uncharacteristic that it's impossible to pinpoint the source.

Flynn!
[Yuri runs

The image of Tyr being strangled puts him into complete shock. He doesn't even hear the words spoken. For a moment, he's frozen from the sight, his brain too panicked to think clearly--before seething rage quickly overtakes him. The fury is barely contained in his voice.]
Whoever you are, you will unhand the young master immediately!

You're a few months too late.

What have you done?! He had better be unharmed, or else-!
[A slight scrape of metal as he shifts a weapon off-screen.]

[Sighs. This is frustrating.]
Go see him for yourself if you're so desperate.

I won't allow you to harm him any further! Just what do you think you were doing?

And hearing Gremio's voice from down the hall, he didn't have to think on that question very much.
In his head, he apologised to Yuri in Gremio's stead and went to show himself to Gremio. Unless Gremio puts Tyr on camera from his spot in the doorway, though, it's just his voice coming through the device still. ]
Gremio, leave him alone. He hasn't hurt me.

[The effect is almost immediate. Gremio's grip on his axe loosens as he sees Tyr, right there and safe and unhurt.
His anger doesn't quite vanish--that terrible image of Tyr being strangled is too seared into his mind--but it definitely fades so he isn't about to fly off the handle. And, of course...it's replaced by worry. He'll be rushing over to stand in front of Tyr, on the verge of pleading to know what happened.]
A-are you certain? Y-you're not--What...what was that?

[ Tyr wishes Gremio never saw it - he only hopes he doesn't see any of the other things he's trying to keep from him - but he can't let Yuri get hurt just because of his own, very understandable anger. He'll continue to stand in the doorway, though he puts his hands to Gremio's now. ]
And that... That was a long time ago.

Young Master...Please, tell me--Do you mean that this actually happened?
[The other man said as much, but Gremio will much sooner believe it when he hears it from Tyr.]
Reply
...That's right. Several months ago. There's no point in attacking him now... Put your axe away.

But...Why? How could this be?
[Even if Tyr isn't looking right at Gremio, the desperation to understand is all too obvious in his voice.]

--It doesn't matter now. Yuri... [ isn't the same now, is he? No, he really wouldn't have killed him, Tyr reassures himself. ] Yuri's been my friend since I got here, and one incident shouldn't let you colour him as anything else. Forget what you saw.

I...I will do as you wish...
[He sets the axe up against a wall, and tightly grasps Tyr's hands with his own. Since Klarth accidentally let slip that something terrible had happened to Tyr, Gremio can only believe that the other man was referring to what he just witnessed.]
Young Master...So this was what you had to go through?
Reply
He doesn't really know how to answer that, though. ]
Yeah, but... It's not as bad as it looked... He didn't kill me. Those things... They only show part of the story.

[He understands it was terrible, that it's something Tyr shouldn't have had to go through. Gremio doesn't want to make him relive it any more than he already has.]
Forgive me, Young Master...I had heard something awful happened, b-but I could never imagine--I'm so sorry I wasn't here to protect you.
Reply
Don't say that, Gremio... You couldn't help whether you were here or not, and... I wouldn't want you to have been there anyway. What happened was necessary...
