Tony's feeling rather down and ... yes, kind of lonely. He knows he's mostly got himself to blame for it. He hasn't been going out and talking with many people. Rob's been kind of busy as well and he hasn't really run into him too often

Armand smells the sandwiches. It isn't until he's crept around the corner of the building, his collar pulled up against a cool fall breeze, that he notices they are Tony's sandwiches. He brightens a bit seeing that, both because he likes Tony and because he thinks his chances of snagging a sandwich are much higher now.

He hurries the rest of the way, bouncing up the steps. "Hello there, my friend," he says cheerily. It isn't until then he realizes Tony seems a bit gloomy. "Uh, what's wrong?" he asks quickly.

Tony will brighten up at seeing Armand and he'll smile up at him.

"Hey there Armand. Nothing, don't worry about it. Come to join me out here?" He's more than willing to share his food with friends.

Armand accepts the invitation, immediately, sitting down beside Tony, maybe a bit close but he's usually oblivious to personal space issues. "I'd love to join you. What do you think of the fall weather so far?" Yeah, this is kind of awkward for him, but he wants to put some space between them now and whatever was upsetting Tony.

"It's nice." He's fine for the distraction and he knows that Armand is off-limits so the closeness doesn't bother him. Doesn't mean he can't privately enjoy the view.

"Hopefully there won't be any big storms over the winter like last time." He took half of a sandwich from the plate and pushes it over towards Armand. "Help yourself if you want."
