Healing himself was the last thing needed to push the wizard over the edge it seemed and he collapsed into unconsciousness. He wasn't in a coma, thankfully, but he was out and totally non-responsive; his heart was beating slowly, his breathing shallow to match, and he was suddenly pale and cold, but at least he wasn't bleeding anymore.

When Tony finally comes to for more than food or vague muttering, Shadow is curled up over his legs and he has a huge headache. "Shit...." Still, not as bad as it was the last time he'd over extended himself.

And of course his stomach had to growl right then.

Tony mumbles and closes his eyes again, mostly because the light hurts. "All the hangover ... none of the fun."

He is starving though.

Shadow is up now and wriggling up the bed to lick Tony's face.

The wizard sputters at that.
