So my car was broken into. Around 4am I heard my car alarm go off from my apartment. It's usually nothing but I go to check anyway. I see the guy at the end of the block, he looks back at me, I obviously spooked him as he didn't get a chance to steal my stereo.. though he did take the face plate, and some cds
