Spell Card, and Ability Information
This post holds all of Eiki's spell cards from Phantasmagoria of Flower View and Shoot the Bullet, along with links to video and descriptions from The Grimoire of Marisa and write ups of Aya's notes from Shoot the Bullet. Below each spell card will be a description of how it's preformed, adjusted to suit an RP setting. This is a work in progress and descriptions may be changed, also uses may come up where they do not 100% reflect how the spell card is described here.

The Grimoire of Marisa excerpts
Lie "Tongue of Wolf":
-Video
-Almost immediately after casting, blue tinted white orbs will expand outward away from Eiki in a perfect sphere. They will race out rather quickly and leave little room to move in, and sway from side to side making navigation difficult. The closer one is to Eiki, the closer the orbs are until there is no space whatsoever between. After they have passed a focused string of red orbs will be aimed at the target.
-In Hell, liars have their tongues pulled out as punishment for their sins.
Judgment "Trial of the Ten Kings":

Judgment "Guilty or Not Guilty":
-Video
- First three beams of energy are sent out from each side, and then another one aimed specifically at the target ahead of her. These are very powerful and less danmaku and more brute force. Shortly after that large red and blue spheres slowly drift out from her swaying in formation as they slowly cover the entire area. While they emanate Eiki continues to focus energy beams at her target, using the orbs to help restrict their movements. Getting close to her is near impossible as all the orbs overlap surrounding her in a bubble of fierce energy. This is a spell card that forces one to keep a distance.

Judgment "Cleansed Crystal Judgment -(insert persons name here)-":
-Video (With Aya)
-This skill is not limited to spell cards, and in and of itself is not traditionally a spell card at all. In order to preform Eiki must use the Cleansed Crystal Mirror which allows her to see everything a person has ever done. This includes any secrets, there is no privacy and nothing can be hidden from what it would reveal. Technically Eiki can learn anything she wants about anyone when using it. It is very tiring to use in such a way though.
In this case, the mirror will be used to make a reflection of the target, so in essence the target will be fighting themselves. If they are a user of danmaku, their reflection will use their spell cards against them. Since the reflection is everything they are, it is capable of everything they are currently capable of. During the summoning of a persons reflection, Eiki will retreat to higher ground observing the battle.
In the case where the opponent does not use spell cards, the reflection will still be capable of all their abilities and will actively use anything it can against the original.
-This is a judgment used to force reflection on ones past deeds, and understand what kind of person they are, and where they need to correct their actions.
-This can be used in other applications other than fighting.
Phantasmagoria of Flower View excerpts
Charge
Charge of Virtue:
-This is a simple ability, and is not really a spell card as such in the traditional sense. Eiki simply summons large blue rods around her and shoots them ahead of in rapid succession. This can be accompanied by any amount of copies of her Rod of Remorse and can obliterate things that get in their path, including other danmaku.
EX
Danmaku Judgment:
-A vortex is formed near the opponent, and all danmaku that passes through it are transformed into copies of the Rod of Remorse, they speed up, become larger, and continue their original direction, they also become indestructible. This includes any small items that may pass through. On it's own it isn't particularly dangerous, but when combined with another spell card or basic skills it can prove quite hazardous.
Lvl 2/3
Guilt Sign "Wandering Sin" Lvl 2:
-A point is chosen near the opponent and a small orb is summoned, from that orb explode a ring of white orbs that extend out in a sphere, on it's own it's rather plain, but when used in conjunction with Danmaku Judgment it becomes quite dangerous, as the orbs are turned into rods and speed up.
Guilt Sign "Wandering Sin" Lvl 3:
-This is a simple variant, and what is summoned from the orb instead are rods and indestructible diamonds. When all three are active, the entire area is a very scary place.
Boss
Judgment "the last judgment":
- A very similar card to Judgment "Guilty or Not Guilty", one could say that the latter is an evolved form of this. The beams of energy are very much the same, though instead of three on each side it's four, and one in front. The large orbs of energy are not present, but copies of the Rod of Remorse are sent out. What makes this truly frightening is the fact it can be used simultaneously with the other cards. It also has the potential to clear out all that is coming at Eiki herself.

Information on Yama in general
Declaring Black and White::
Eiki can instantly tell if a person is black or white, that is, if they are good or bad based on what is correct for their nature. This is a skill she has as a judge of Hell, and helps when trying souls in the afterlife. This is not exactly a verdict of good or evil, as much as a verdict of proper and improper behavior. Though much of it overlaps with the other.

Rod of Remorse:
Traditionally it is the implement for punishing a soul in the afterlife. The sins are written out on the rod and the soul is hit with it. The sins written down determine the weight of the rod and how much it hurts. Normally she will beat a person with it until they repent in direct relation to how many sins they have. Originally a new rod was used with each soul, but now reusable ones are used instead. Eiki can write, erase, and re write as many sins as she likes on it and it won't wear out. She carries it with her everywhere, and will use it to punish people if she feels a need, be them dead or not. Though she prefers not to go to such lengths with the living. (Komachi is another matter though.)
No matter what, the person hit with it when it's being activated will feel immense weight and pressure; even if they are the strongest person in the world, or resist the burning fire of a thousand suns. Since the weight is based on their sins, and is customized to them, it will always do damage in relation to that. (It's like it negates defense stats!) But this is only when it bears the full weight of the persons sins.
If nothing is written, then it's weight and damage is equal to a normal piece of wood of it's size and shape.
Cleansed Crystal Mirror:

In using the mirror: It takes a lot of energy to use the mirror, the most in relation to learning of a persons past. Though Eiki can choose and pick what she wants to learn, and this helps in when conserving energy, it is still a tiring affair. Mirroring a persons sins is not half as involved though, and this can be used far more often, though is reserved for severe judgments.
Effects: Depending on how the mirror was used and for how long, Eiki may either become fatigued, lethargic, groggy, or be compelled to sleep for a period of time. Since using the mirror takes a lot, it is restricted tot times of necessity, or the court room.
General:
Eiki uses danmaku because it is simple, and everyone in Gensokyo uses it, but she is perfectly willing to adapt herself to anything else that would be considered standard and fair. If she did not use a system in which to regulate with, she would be pretty hax....
I will go into the details of the general abilities of Yama later, for now this has some good examples of how the traditional Yama works. Eiki as a lesser judge has a few restrictions, but in general can do all the same things as long as she has jurisdiction over the people she effects.
