I really want to cut my hair and I want an opinion from those who know (and have seen) me best.

What I want to do is have it about an inch all over; basically a shaggy-spikey cut- but with bangs that go down to my chin... And I want deep blue high lights.

Rose, I think you look gorgeous with long hair. However, should you decide to cut your hair, I would say, "Why the fuck not?" and support you. ^_^
