I started playing tennis (the real game, outside, with a real raquette, and a real ball) in the fall when I had previously never played at all, and I would play for an hour almost every night. Now, I openly admit I am not physically fit, but I never woke up with severe pain in my shoulder. <.<
But why would anyone play a strenous game, real or virtual, for several hours straight? Any logical person would know that such an activity, if your body is not conditioned to it, will cause soreness, stiffness, pain, strained muscles, etc, of some sort! And, um, he was a medical resident? >.>
Then again, I am not a medical professional, so what do I know? ^.^
