While I was out of town, at my Dads house, my upstairs neighbors water heater exploded...into my condo! I got the call this morning from the home owners association, I was 300 miles away at the time, so I had to call a friend to check it out and make sure my computers didn't start an electrical fire ( Read more... )

Oh no! The smell must have kicked it up since I left... and horrible about the AC/heat!

Do you need any more help? I've got plenty of time, so if you can't fit stuff in, maybe I can. I've got those fans, too, so let me know if you need them!
