This years Thanksgiving disaster...has ruined Christmas!

While I was out of town, at my Dads house, my upstairs neighbors water heater exploded...into my condo! I got the call this morning from the home owners association, I was 300 miles away at the time, so I had to call a friend to check it out and make sure my computers didn't start an electrical fire

Oh sweetie! Echoing Pet's offer if you need somewhere to stay. And when you talk to the insurance people involved, check on future mold damage -- if it was that massive a water issue, you may end up with a problem that shows up in 6 months, not right now. Make sure you have some sort of follow up clause about it.
