The cupids... no. Somarium seems to... erect certain interesting activities for the residents to deal with, however. I heard there had been a "Yetti" or something of the sort while I was away.

I'm no expert on Somarium, however, if it seems that the... event... to transpire will effect Somarium on a grand scale, then we are given a warning. Usually an ominous one, such as changing weather or shifts in landscape.

Otherwise, no.

In all honesty, it seems more like a "trick" on the citizens than anything else. Something... that is supposed to be humorous. The outcomes of being struck by the arrows are not dangerous, nor does it hurt, from what I have heard.

...But, as is seems the police force is making an effort to due some rounds now that I've asked, we'll be able to keep an eye out in case it does turn out to be something more...
