Your not giving in if you say you have a problem
You just admiting "wow, I need help"
There is nothing wrong with that
It takes a very stong person to admit that

I agree...I think you cant get help until you admit and realize that you need it...You haave to accept that you cant handle it yourself before you can get help from someone else...
