Kris--guys come and go and somewhere out there is a wonderful guy who can make you extremely happy. Actually he can only ADD to your happiness. In order for a relationship to work, you have to maintain your own happiness, without a guy. A guy will not make you happy. Girls that believe that are misinformed. Relationships at this point in your life are SO trivial and guys at your age,no matter how they try to defend themselves are immature idiots, ALL of them. Seriously FORGET about him. Chances are if y'all got together, it wouldn't work and if it did, you'd be missing out on life. Quit trying to grab ahold of a slippery vine. Grab the ones that you can hold on to (i'm talking friends and experience, NOT guys) and have fun swinging from tree to tree. (like a monkey!) Guys will come to you when they see what you're worth and until they realize what you deserve, then they can't treat you right.I've been in your situation and I have to tell you that the hurt goes away.
