[Rise may not be afraid of the dark but there was still something that unsettled her. She looked out her window watching the fog rise up as far as the eye could see. Letting out a sigh, she looks into the Dreamberry.]This place is staring to remind me too much of stuff back home. And no, it's not necessarily a good thing

Yeah, something like that. The fog at least.

What happened?

Well, every time it started getting foggy in Inaba something bad would happen.

[She'll not go into detail just yet.]

...You know, now that it mention it, this actually reminds me of when the Mist appeared on my world.

So you've had something like this happen in your world, too?

[hanginbyatail]

Something like that. The Mist spawned monsters onto our continent, and it also helped aggravate people into fighting. Kind of like a stimulant.

I guess you could say something like that happened where I'm from too. About the fog and shadows coming out because of it.

[At least in the TV world.]

I can see why you're wary about the situation now.

But so far everything seems all right. Let's just keep our fingers crossed.

Yeah. I don't want to jinx it or anything but hopefully it doesn't last too long... Or get worse.

Well if it does, we'll be ready for it. After everything's that happened so far, everyone is pretty much on their toes now.

[She nods.] Expect the unexpected around here, right?

That's probably this world's new slogan.

[Hey, that makes her laugh a little.]

If there was some kind of welcoming committee, they should probably have that as a banner.

[grins as he goes a bit more dramatic, waving his hand wide]

"Welcome to Somarium, a World of Dreams! Expect the Unexpected and Enjoy Your Stay!"

[laughs before an idea strikes him]

Though maybe you're on to something, Rise. Maybe we should have some kind of welcoming committee. You know, when the new people show up. Well, maybe not a committee, but maybe a group of people to show them the ropes.

[She joins in on his laughter and pauses when he pitches his idea.]

Hey, that's a great idea Zidane! That way, people be grasping at straws on how things work if they arrive here.
