The sign says FREE HUGS and she indeed plans on hugging whomever approaches her

[She notices the man walking by and...Gets the strangest feeling. Like she HAS to hug him. It's as if she were meant to. So she follows him for a couple steps after standing up of course and falls into stride with him in her own bouncy kind of way then extends her arms and gives him a hug from the side. :|] Hi!
