I probably should have started this way long ago. Cause I can't even remember everyone Vanille's talked to but I think I got them all. Please don't be offended if I forgot you it's not personal; Vanille just is so social I can't keep up. ;A; <333
Friends/Castmates:
These are people Vanille considers true friends. Right now they're just her castmates but as she continues in Route this will no doubt change!
Fang: Fang is more than a friend, she's a BEST FRIEND. Vanille wasn't expecting to see Fang at Route so to find out she was here made her more than a little bit happy. Vanille would never admit it to the general population but she would be lonely without Fang no matter who she was with. She's getting tired of having Fang have to save her though so the moment anything bad happens to her BFF you best believe she'll be there to help. You just try and get her to stop traveling with Fang, I dare ya!
Sazh: She and Sazh get along well though she's still kind of hiding a secret from him about his son and hasn't gotten up the courage to tell him yet. At her point in canon she and the old man have been traveling together for awhile and they're good friends. She trusts him to an extent but then again she keeps most people at a distance at first. Overall she'd like to become better friends with him!
Hope: Vanille and Hope haven't interacted much here in Route but back home they got along. She's thinks he's cute and feels bad that he's so upset. She needs to talk more with him to decide her feelings on him. At this point though she considers him a friend; kinda like a little brother.
Serah: Vanille and Serah hit it off right away back on Cocoon and here is no different. The other girl gave her advice that ultimately ended up helping her a lot so she does trust Serah quite a bit. Not enough to tell her about the whole L'Cie thing however. Overall she likes Serah a lot and is glad she's here in Route too.
Lightning: Even though she and Lightning haven't talked a heck of a lot back on Cocoon here in Route they don't fight or anything like that. She's surprised to see Lightning acting downright cheerful(or as cheerful as Lightning can get) but she's not complaining! Since she's friends with Serah it only stands to reason she would want to be good friends with Lightning too.
Friends:
These are people that Vanille likes but they're not close enough to her to constitute callings them best friends/put them in the same category as Fang, Sazh or Serah.
France: Vanille and France are pretty alike so they get along well! She thinks that he's a nice guy above all and likes to hang out with him. She would consider them friends but she doesn't trust him with any information aside from the basics. They're kind of like bros and he's well on his way to becoming a good friend.
Sawako(Can'tseeghosts): Sawako is a friend to Vanille but like France she falls into the awkward friend zone. She tends to open up more to Sawako just because they're both girls and the other trainer confides in her. She would like to get together again because they do have a bit in common!
Rini: Aside from Fang Rini is one of the first people Vanille met in Route. She thinks Rini is just adorable and still feels a bit guilty for leaving her behind though it was probably safer to do so .
Anew: She and Vanille have talked quite a few times now and Vanille would consider her a friend-kind of on the same level as Sawako. She sees a lot of herself in Anew especially with the whole guilt thing.
Acquaintances:
Nothing personal just Vanille doesn't know you well enough yet! But all people on this list will probably be bumped up to the friend category soon enough <3
Rise: Vanille likes Rise! She thinks that she's cute but that might be a bit narcissistic since they look a bit alike. She definitely wouldn't mind getting to know her better.
Ion: Vanille sees Ion as kind of like Hope-cute and someone she would protect because she thinks he's kind of shrimpy(like she can talk). She would hug him without hesitation.
Old Snake: She likes Snake because he's fun to tease and she looks up to him a bit since he's so old and wise. She wouldn't consider him a friend but she wouldn't mind making that happen.
Raiden: She likes Raiden too and finds him pretty funny with his gloominess over Karp. She also thinks Raiden is a cool name.
Angela: Angela is a bit odd but it doesn't bother Vanille really. They get along well enough.
Fransiska Von Karma: This woman reminds her of Lightning because she's so serious. If it weren't for their encounter talking about the Sudowoodo she would probably be talking to her in the same way she talks to Lightning.
Leon: Grumpy Mc Grumpypants! She can see why he and Lightning get along. She doesn't know him well but if Lightning trusts him then she does too.
Yuffie: They've not talked much aside from hugging randomly at the Valentine's Day event.
Soul: Vanille thinks Soul is a nice guy and she wouldn't say no to talking more to him~
Carly Nagisa: She's only talked to Carly once and she feels bad that the other girl felt bad during it. :C
Shooter "Shuto" Dan: A strange kid! This place, based on a video game? She doesn't mind him though despite his strangeness.
Tifa: She and Tifa haven't talked extensively but any person who likes Chocobos is a great person in Vanille's books.
Romano: So cute! Vanille wouldn't mind talking to this cutie more.
Nanako: Another adorable person! Again, she hasn't talked to her very much but Vanille loves kids so Nanako is a shoe in.
Smoker(Justice_reigns): This guy makes her laugh. So serious! But she sees nothing wrong with him and likes him.
Ritsu Sohma: How odd...This "girl" is definitely strange...Vanille needs to talk more with "her".:'D
Heather: Heather has a Growlithe your argument is invalid. She likes Heather though her and Fang don't get along(Fang stop trollin'!)
Mikuru: Vanille thinks this girl has a like for cute outfits too-she would definitely like to get together and go shopping!
Shelly De Killer: This guy is weird and...Vanille isn't quite sure what to make of him. Should she be scared or just confused? She's not sure!
Landon Ricketts: She likes Landon; he calls her Miss Vanille and it makes her laugh. He seems like he knows about Ponytas so she's interested. He's kind of charming and reminds her of a happier Snake.
Kisame: Hm...Not sure what she thinks of him. On one hand she can understand him on the other she doesn't at all. She wouldn't say no to talking again but she would probably be more subdued the next time.
Fran: Fran helped her name her Pidgey but she's not sure about him still. He's kind of tactless which doesn't mesh well with her being kind of sensitive about certain things. He's made her cry. XD
Kazuhira Miller: He's a nice guy, she won't say that he isn't but she doesn't know him well enough to form a full opinion on him.
Shirou Emiya: Ditto for Shirou.
Todd(ve_gone): Strange! What does he EAT? Vanille doesn't dislike him though, she just finds him a bit odd.
Scott Pilgrim: She likes Scott. He's never given her a reason not to and he seems to know a lot about Pokemon so she would ask him about them if she had a question no one else could answer.
Marluxia: He made her think about things but she doesn't know him well. His hair is fabulous though
Ciel Phantomhive: Vanille and Ciel spoke only once and he told her he wasn't interested in making friends. But this is Vanille and he's cute-she'll be trying to convince him otherwise at some point..

Itachi: The only person in Route can say that she legit doesn't like. She doesn't hate him but she wouldn't talk to him again unless she had to. It's hard for Vanille to actually dislike someone but at this point she doesn't like Itachi. He might be able to convince her otherwise but it would take work. She would never leave him alone if he were hurt she just won't go out of her way to interact with him at this point.
