yesterday victorianlilac and I watched Ballet Russes, this fabulous, beautiful documentary on the famous Russian ballet company. You should all see it, it was lovely. So I decided to whip up a quick batch of icons of it. Dancers include Nijinsky, Anna Pavlova and Tamara Tchinarova, and others

I'm not much of a ballet fan, but nonetheless, these are stunning icons.
My favourites are 1, 2, 7, 8 and 12.

These are stunning! I especially like no. 7 and 8.

I have some sort of trauma with ballet. My mom enrolled me for classes when I was little, but I was so awkward I had to quit after a couple of lessons.
