I know exactly what you mean.

I grew up in a small town in MD, some things there I can't find in Atlanta, and my parents and sister are there too.

There's this hole in the wall sub shop, makes the best cheese steak with rib eye, sooooo freakin' good.

Ohhh cheese steak. That's another thing lacking out here. I should open a food place with nothing but northeast stuff you can't find out here. Italian ice. Another thing added to my list.

I love dunkin donuts coffee, but it tastes different when I have made it at home. Not as good when I actually go to DD.

I think they now sell DD coffee at the grocery store as well as frozen white castle. I know they do in IL anyways. :)

Nothing better than going into a DD and just having them do the milk and sugar for you. And it comes out perfect every time!
