IRC - I am usually nicked to Raven. If I am in IRC and not nicked to away I am home and either actively playing or available to actively play, so never hesitate to contact me via IRC.
Gchat - vector.conduct! If you don't use IRC or I'm not on, I am always on Gchat when I'm home, but I'm a lot worse about setting my status and may not always be available to talk.
Email - vector.conduct at gmail! It is the best way to communicate with me while I'm at work, and in general it will reach me all hours of the day unless I am asleep or out having a social life.
EMERGENCY Contact: Any of the Seattleites should probably be able to get in contact with me! Your best bet is probably maho_kiwi/David/Estelle/etc.
Availability: I work fulltime as a programmer! While that means I am at a computer pretty much all day, I am generally only available for threading after 7pm PST on weekdays and on weekends. However, during that time I also occasionally like to do other things, or am too tired for threading, so I am not always available in that time. generally unpredictable. But if you want to do a post or something with me, let me know ahead of time and I can plan not to do other things. :|b
The Playing Experience: What I like best is having one to a few quick threads that I can focus all my attention on for the few hours in the evening I have to dedicate to playing. I have been better at not flaking out and dropping threads lately, but that means I maintain threads until I have too many for me to handle, and then I get overwhelemed and drop a bunch of them, which pretty much works out the same except that I feel more guilty about it. I am sorry. :( Your best bet is to catch me sometime when we're both around and available for a bit. I do also like posting! Especially co-posting.
Goals: In general, to have clever and entertaining threads with people! In particular, to play out Raven's character development, because I find it really interesting.
Betaing: I enjoy betaing, and I am good at it! (I am also modest.) But I a) can be harsh, and b) don't actually have a whole lot of free time or mental energy for it, especially last-minute. But if a) does not bother you, please do ask me.
AUs: MAYBE. I get a lot more flaily about RPing sex than you would expect from how often I write kinky fic, and Raven in particular is a minefield for me. Plus my free time lately is limited and I like to spend it on in-camp stuff for preference. So. Probably not casually/randomly! But as an AU of a particular in-camp event it can be fun.
Pimping: I am personally pretty hard to get into new things. I have a very unpredictable reaction to an unqualified "X canon is cool" statement - either I will pick it up no more questions asked if you are into other things I like, or I will get contrary about it and avoid it, especially if it is popular. If you really want me to get into something, tell me why I would like it, and if it sounds like you are right I might give it a shot sometime when you least expect it. |D
