well, even the years I hated veges I picked up two things:
1. I'd eat -anything- if it was slathered in butter & black pepper (and particularly cheese). SO yummy... you can always worry about the health ratio later :)
2. Try hardly cooking them at all, or, alternatively, cooking them a whole hell of a lot. Different people like them different ways. I always thought I didn't like them, until I discovered the wild concept of "lightly steamed." Now, of course, I've discovered that raw is like so-lightly-it's-not-at-all *grin* which, you know, is allllll good.
That will take me a while to get used to!!! But after hating Brussels sprouts I discovered that lightly cooked (or steamed but brief is the key) they are a whole different veg. I still don't like them raw though, they have a bitter taste. I trust you are doing your homework on raw food as some foods contain toxins that go with cooking. Guess that is why the stone age people started cooking... Ma

Oddly, you can't really taste the vegetables at all. You just get an "interesting" side flavour, while the main flavour is just fruity goodness.
It's.. unexpected.. but good.
Plus, you know, blending is a lot of fun :)

I bought a super powerful blender a few years back - thick glass jar, and powerful enough to be used to crush ice... heeee! :)
