the year of the cow

On Monday, January 26th - the first of the Chinese New Year...the year of the ox. Or cow. (whatever). And what did I do? I went to see a cow slaughterhouse for work. Apparently, slaughterhouses use a lot of natural gas to make hot water and steam for sterilization and sanitation
