I just saw Brokeback Mountain yesterday and was pretty surprised by it. I still need to see Good Night and Good Luck.

ang lee, ugh. he's so ALL OVER THE PLACE that i can't even take him seriously. every time he does something exceptional he turns around and does something ridiculous. most inconsistent ever.

really? i think his movies are all very subtle and beautiful.
but then again... i didn't see the hulk or ride with the devil!! ha! i don't fault him for those. brother's gotta pay the bills.
