Ok guys, let's face it, high school prom is pretty ridiculous. I'm not confident enough to dance around in a pretty dress in front of my entire student body... so let's have our own.

But I still want a prom.

That's pretty much how I always felt... minus the pretty dress part. The most fun prom I went to was the one where I knew the least number of people and knew my date the least. Zach put it pretty well: every cool kid is definitely too cool to want to go to their school's prom and be just like everyone else, but every cool kid also, deep down inside, wants a really cool prom. You have a big basement, cool friends, and an AWESOME, DANCEABLE MIX TAPE that I made you, so I'd say you could definitely do your own and have it rock pretty intensely.
