I've been trying to figure out how they did it in the first place. We'd need to find a broadcast source - and, more importantly - we'd need to find out how they managed to get every single television to work.
Since the scientists can create networks, like the ones we're communicating with, I wouldn't be surprised if they have several different frequencies linked to television sets, radios, and broadband systems. I mean, it's an idea, but you never know.
In any case, if you want, we can do a little investigating together!
