Noah:
Tyki (Taken, deadlytease )- Largely stuck in his black life, half-consumed by Joyd and half-crazy because of it. Much more intelligent and cunning than other Tykis. Has a vague grasp of what will happen to him and the other Noah once the akuma finish their evolutions. Bitter and wanting the world to end, only not.
Road- Entirely consumed by Dreams (as if she wasn't before) and crazy as ever. Loves tormenting Bookman and his apprentice. Slightly more focused grasp of what will happen to herself and the other Noah once the akuma finish their evolutions, and totes okay with it.
Other Noah- Basically all crazier, and more consumed than they were before! Jasdevi has become increasingly isolated as they cut themselves off from anyone but themselves, Cyril has become increasingly insistent on family life being "perfect" as well as more sadistic, etc!
Those on the Ark:
Allen (Taken, cocoanutrecords )- 14th tends to take over when he's physically weak, otherwise cannon. 14th is intent on killing/replacing the Earl to save his "family" (other Noah).
Lenalee- Crystal-type, essentially cannon
Kanda- Essentially cannon
Miranda (Taken, tempusxfrangit sob)- Essentially cannon, able to "freeze" objects in time for very short durations. It's her Innocence that reacted to the 14th's song and sent the Ark 30 years ahead. IF YOU REALLY WANT TO PLAY HER, BY ALL MEANS TAKE HER I HAVE ENOUGH MIRANDAS AS IT IS.
Those left behind:
Cross- Looks exactly the same as before, even though he's 30 years older. A lot less prone to wandering and actually somewhat responsible, if only out of necessity.
Timothy (Taken, thebamfgeneral)- A general, 39 years old and kicking ass/taking names
Komui- 30 years older, still crazy as always. Travels with Cross for protection.
Krory and Tiedoll are both dead, the former because of of his Innocence burning up his lifespan so quickly and the latter from simple old age.
The Vatican no longer exists.
