There was an author in store today: Treena Wynes. She was really active and engaging and I was really excited for her because of that alone. Oh, thanks for this suggestion. I'm adding it onto goodreads now! I definitely struggle with emotional eating, so any book that gives insight on it helps. I know my triggers: procrastination, stress, and emotional distress. But, it's still hard to control.

Thanks, love!

:( She's not on goodreads yet. I'm going to send her an email and mention it to her because I think that would help.

I suggested it because I thought you'd be interested in her story rather than because I think you need specific help with eating. :) I just remembered how hyperaware you are of yourself, and it'd be cool to see someone else's story as well.

I don't really flip through recipe or food books much, but this sounds like something that could be very helpful. It can be easy to polish up the harder bits of your life when you're doing the writing, so when you mention the honesty - that caught my eye.

Hope this book gets more attention! I'll flip through it next time I'm at a store. ;D

:) Yeah, it's a combination that I'm not really used to seeing in a book. So I'm kind of interested to read it because I'm wondering how she's connected her brief biography to that food plan.
