I'm trying very hard not to be pessimistic right now. In the last two weeks....surgery (and Rachael is still in pain),constant back pain for me, new brake pads, tons of bills, and now a rock hit the passenger side window of our car....it exploded. Yes, i should look on the bright side...no one hurt blah blah blah...it's just realy hard right now.

One of my friends told me that her sister said (I know, sounds convoluted, but stay with me), "Sometimes, Neil and I are so exhausted from chasing life around that at night, we just collapse into bed, and kind of mumble good night. But there's no one that I'd rather be collapsing with." I love that.

Wow, and I thought that we had it hard with our tooth repair and alternator replacement in the same week! Sorry that Rae is still hurting (though honestly, that's not a huge surprise. Major abdominal surgery takes some recovery time). We'll keep you guys in our prayers!
