ok so i started my new lifestyle of eating good food and working my ass off at the gym today. did the whole bmi thing and i found out that i am really not in terrible shape. my body fat is 29.7% which isnt bad, the normal male is 23-27 percent. i have a total of 197.4 lbs of muscle on my body and only 54.2 lbs of fat so yea my weight is 261.6 lbs.
