S3x11: Mystery Spot - because it gave Jared a chance to shine and show different, subtle points of change in Sam as he dealt with the harsh reality of Dean dying and being alone. NGL - adore the stern!hunter!Sam of no mercy we have in the last few minutes. Darn that trickster! This is also my favourite Bro-Hug! >3
S3x12: Jus in Bello - pivotal episode, demon siege and hollow-ended. You can't save everyone, really stood out for me here and I will forever love the pacing and 'doomed' feel this episode gave me...
S1x01: Pilot - seriously, man. If it wasn't for this epic, there'd be no SPN! Lovely set-up, the moment I fell in love with the show - and with Dean/Jensen/the brothers relationship - is in this cap, on the bridge. :3
S5x04: The End - liked this peek into a dystopian future and it was a great performance by Jensen as Dean out of his depth sent five years on...
S2x01: In my Time of Dying - Dean, you gotta hold on. We were just starting to be brothers again. // Yeah, Dad, you know I will... you're scarin' me. // That's our Dad - it's our Dad! - just. I can't. Plethora of quotage, powerful episode of loss and sets the dark tone for the rest of the season and revenge once more. Perfection. >3

S4x21: When the Levee Breaks
All of it! Sam's suffering on lockdown, Dean's pain, Ruby-the-bitch, hallucinations, and the FIGHT. The same words as John! MAN-PAIN. BROTHER-PAIN. OMG.
Seriously - watching this episode always makes me either cry or gives me chills. It's the perfect set up for the finale and so powerful. Fantastic acting job all around. TT-TT;
