Hi! For the census event, Kurt's been assigned Meiling.
I don't know if Kurt would be comfortable actually killing anyone, but with his dad on the line he might at least make a try. I'm not sure how active I can be until Monday (ffff SURPRISE FAMILY VACATION i shit you not) but what were you thinking for this event generally?
Hi! Meiling is pretty much going to focus on protecting her close friends -- especially since they will be threatened by what is found in letter, so she won't be too much of an open target. But it is kind of hard to miss a tall, red-haired Chinese woman walking around a town like this...
As for me, I have an event going on in another game that overlaps this (and I have 6 characters there, SO, I will be quite active). I'm game for pretty much anything, really, but let it be known that Meiling is quite the martial artist and far from helpless -- she currently has no combat-related regains, and she's had months to get used to her human body, so there isn't much to miss.
I still don't know if she's going to go after her own target...
(Kurt's most beloved person is still at home, so he's even more freaked out. Mr. Veidt will be setting up an amnesty zone type deal, so if she needs anywhere safe for them, she can always drop by.)
Kurt's mildly athletic, and might be getting a crash course in Making People Quit Moving from his not!dad, but facing a competent martial artist, I doubt that'll be a lot of help. He'll probably be trying to get his hands on a gun, too, but the more I think about it, I doubt he'd do anything with that either. He's not really a ~man of peace~ but he's not a killer either. Would Meiling attack him just for showing up?
(Meiling's Mistress is still at home, too, which is disturbing, too. D:)
That really depends on his approach. She'll be holing up at home with Flandre and Patchouli, and taking any threats seriously. She doesn't want to have to kill anyone -- whenever someone tried to get into the Mansion back home, the means of resolving those disputes involved non-lethal danmaku duels -- but she is capable of it if sufficiently threatened.
Heck, I was almost thinking that, to get this "over with" she might just call out those attackers to some neutral location so they can have it out and she might be able to incapacitate them without killing them.
