I got up for the sunrise this morning at Pambula....that doesn't happen very often (me getting up early, not the sunrise). Then I did my early morning walk enabling me to get a couple of pics that I may have missed if I'd been slow to venture out:
Sunrise - Pambula
Is it any wonder some of our overseas visitors expect to see kangaroos in our main street....because THEY ARE! These are just keeping an eye on the early morning traffic (in fact it's really dangerous, because they tend to hop out in front of moving vehicles):
The Pambula Surf Lifesaving club, setting up for a "nippers" competition:

MORNING!
I got back from my walk, and had just sat down when I noticed this "little fellow". OMG I thought he was on the inside of the window, but in fact he was on the outside, but inside the stone guard. Everything else in the picture is a reflection of what is happening inside the caravan.
We drove to Eden, then out to Ben Boyd National Park. Ben Boyd was big in the whaling industry back in the 1800's. He built this tower originally to watch out for Whales. It seems he was quite eccentric.
