You ever wonder why pot holes are rampant during the summer? The water level increases and makes the earth underneath alot easier to move on its own. Especially when, like in nyc, your entire city is based on an island of the sort. Sometimes, I wonder... If in all honesty the potholes are there because they happen to just be there.
