You never realize how out of shape you are until you're put to work...

I just finished doing yard work with my mom... We had to rake the side yard and pick up all the twigs, leaves and crap... It wasn't even that hard... I was just extremely lazy during the winter... So I did a whole lot of nothing... So getting outside and actually doing

yea i remember the time i visited my uncle in vermont he wanted me to help him cut wood...omg that was a decision i soon regreted...i literaly could NOT pick my arms up...my mom said take a cold bath...i ended up just puting my arms in ice lol...i was young and nieve
