I am so sick of the attitudes and nasty looks I get from the adminstration at this school. This makes me laugh to even write this, but I would rather be working at Universal at this point. I can do nothing right in their eyes. I wouldn’t be suprised if they let me go after Christmas break. It’s just so lame. Everything I do goes unappreciated

It's disheartening to hear that you had such high aspirations for this teaching job since it combined teaching AND dancing, yet it is ending up to be a hassle and unfulfilling. Being unappreciated is a horrible feeling, especially when you invest so much of your time and effort into making something exceptional. Why is the administration treating you like crap? You're presumably putting on an awesome show that both they and the parents love, so their actions seem unfounded and despicable. Hopefully something will change soon, because I don't want to see the joy of dancing get sucked out of you.
