It feels really shitty thinking that you are going to lose your job on a daily basis. Now this is based on the looks and attitudes of the adminstration. I do like the kids at the school I teach at (despite their talkative nature), but the adminstration makes me feel almost worthless

Something my mom once said to me definitely applies here...

"If you take the bottom off a totem pole it's just a stick with faces."

Which doesn't make much sense until you realize that without the low man, the totem pole would tumble.
