Vic's powers allow him to find things by instinctively knowing the general direction they're in. If you have something that may disrupt that, for your characters, for particular objects of theirs, or even entire locations, through wards, charms, magic, heavy-duty psychic shielding, whatever, let me know!

Nill, Rikku, and Gemma Doyle can all be found. Scathach is very good at hiding herself, so I don't know if that counts, but if it ever comes up, we can just discuss it c:

Just physically hiding? I'm pretty sure it could get around that, though he might have trouble pinpointing her exactly if he was really close.

Yes, just physically. I mean, in her canon she invented camouflage and her name literally translates to "the shadowy one" so. BUT YES, JUST PHYSICALLY.

Keiko Yukimura can easily be found. Momiji Sohma should be an easy find, except for maybe when he's in rabbit form, but you said it wasn't a psychic power so...well, it shouldn't matter too much as he only stays in said form for a few minutes at a time.

Well, it is to a degree limited by his ability to process what it's telling him, so if he's looking for Momiji and just sees a rabbit, the tingle will tell him Momiji's around, but he might just be like "all i see is a rabbit tho".

this is kosher for everyone except mr. eames, who i'd prefer to be pinged first, in the event vic ever needs to find him.

sure thing! since eames is mainly permatext, he wouldn't really have any pictures or voice samples of eames to work from anyway. well, aside from that one time he showed up in his dream, but he didn't really know anything about him there that could be connected to the world outside

Feel free to find him or anything of his at any time :)

(Of course, ACCESS to some things will be off-limits, but he'd know where they were at least, haha.)

yeah it pretty much gives him a straight line to whatever, so if there are things in the middle of that straight line that he can't really get around then welp

It's all good for my characters!

EXCEPT - The Negotiator has a dimension-shifting power. When he's shifted, or in something that's shifted, he's essentially invisible to all senses - not there. Tricky little bugger.

Also, Sandman might be a bit confusing depending on what he does with his powers, but it should still work.

Noted for the Negotiator! And yeah, I could see Flint being tricky, as he has the potential to send off multiple signals. Context-dependent, of course.
