Sora:
The Keyblade's Chosen one. Everything for him is entirely canon through the CoM timeline. At the present time he's fast asleep in a stasis pod, but for some reason his memories have halted in their restoration. Still, he sleeps blissfully unaware of what happened to his best friend.
Riku:
In the end, he lost to the replica. He put up a good fight, but in the end it just wasn't enough. As he began to die, the Replica towered over him, beaming. He'd gotten what he wanted, but for a price. In his final moments Riku reminded him that being him wasn't easy, and that it'd only get worse now. It's been a few months since Riku's death, and the replica still is haunted by it.
Namine:
Ever since Castle Oblivion she's remained by the replica's side. Slowly but surely she's pieced together the memories that Sora lost. At first she offered to give the replica Riku's memories to ease his pain, but he refused. Even so, the replica protects her just as fiercely as he did when he believed his memories to be real. She's the only one who knows the truth about what happened. The two also have a very close bond, one quite a bit more genuine than at the castle.
Kairi:
She's waited on the island for months on end, although over time the reason's become unclear. Was there someone she was waiting for? As with everyone else, her memories of Sora are gone, and they'll stay that way until his memories become repaired. Since Castle Oblivion she's been visited by the replica on many occasions, led to believe that he's the real deal. Each time he visits they spend time together, just like the good old days, but...something seems off, and she doesn't understand why he has to keep leaving.
Roxas:
Sora's Nobody, the thirteenth member of Organization XIII. At this point he's still loyal to the Organization and best friends with Axel and Xion, however, DiZ and even Namine have become suspicious of his existence. The replica's encounter with him and Xion was not entirely successful, and they aren't on the best of terms. Furthermore, the Organization's told him that the replica is an enemy, and that he's to gather more information about him and his whereabouts. The only question is why...
Xion: One of Roxas' best friends and the mysterious fourteenth member. She has the ability to wield the Keyblade for reasons largely unknown, and her existence came as a real shock, and not just for the replica. She fought alongside Roxas outside the mansion, and the two were victorious. Like Roxas, she's been informed that the replica is an enemy and that more information is needed before immediate action is taken, be it disposal or otherwise.
DiZ: Still the same vengeful man as always. He's unaware that the replica is a fraud, as with practically everyone else, thus he still considers him an associate. Although the replica isn't particularly fond of DiZ, he still follows through with any orders if it means getting Sora awake sooner and dealing with the Organization-- because, yes. DiZ still hates Nobodies, including Namine. This causes some tension between the two, as the replica is insanely protective of Namine and refuses to let her be bossed around.
King Mickey: A friend of Riku's. He doesn't realize the replica is fake, but he can tell that there's something off about him. Rather than stick around, though, he's on a search to find an old friend of his. Whenever he does visit the replica, he tries to figure out what's wrong, only to be brushed off. Due to the fact that he lacks Riku's experiences in Castle Oblivion, the replica and King Mickey don't have quite as strong of a bond.
