Don't ask how Gabrielle comprehended the overall gist of the message she'd gotten. Things worked out conveniently that way for her sometimes.
"Both at the same time? That sounds a little uncomfortable. And can you even do all those things at once? I'm sure you think it's fun, but it sounds a little . . . what's the word . . ."
She managed to hang up before she found the word she was looking for, at any rate.
