From what I heard, the marriages in California will still be considered valid. But I don't know if that's really for true.

Married same-sex couples in CA are in limbo right now. No one really knows exactly what's going to happen until it comes up in court, and then it'll be up to the CA Supreme Court judges to decide. The proposition actually says only marriage between a man and a woman is valid and recognized in California. I think the wording offers a little more leeway to the bigots, unfortunately.
