The one time I bought shoes online--at Zappos--it ended in heartache.

I gave really specific measurements, and yet I still got shoes that were, like, two sizes too small. It was absurd. =\

Yeah, I'm concerned about it, but I don't want to buy them downtown and I really don't want to navigate the bus system (It's pretty crazy here) for shoe shopping. (Seriously, the drivers on some routes skip like, every other go around, and pretty much the only way to be sure you'll make a transfer safely is to have the driver call the other bus and make sure they wait.)

This is how it used to be around here. Now that the county is a lot more populated, it's less problematic.

But holy crap, the horror I have experienced.

In any case, Zappos is good! With my fucked up order, they covered all shipping expenses, so that all I lost out on was time.
