Running and Authenticity

I love it, exhilirating, moment-capturing, rhythmic. Makes you notice, especially if you go slow, your two feet like extra heart beats. I love it at dusk, especially now, it smells like Christmas, and the mountains were reflecting the sky. I ran down to the harbour. That jangle sound of the cables against the masts creates such a nostalgic feeling
