I just have a friend visiting at the moment, and though she is a fandom person herself, there's only so much time I can spend ignoring my guest, you know? I expect replies to my comments immediately. Also, 6-hr. turn-around time on a beta is about as much as I can stand, so please reevaluate your priorities to suit my needs. "Friends in town" and "work" and "I am also a writer who writes" are not acceptable excuses.

(I SPOKE TO HIM AGAIN TODAY. I went into the store to look at laptops and talked to him for ages, and then afterwards he came back in to the store on his lunch break and dropped off a sheet of paper with the computer info on it. WOULD YOU DO THAT FOR SOMEONE YOU WEREN'T INTERESTED IN? HUH?)

Don't ignore your guest, because your guest is AMAZING. Among other things, she just linked me to the best fic ever. :D
