I am not yet a lolita, but I am saving up and am rather close.

Anyway, I want to know if there are any lolitas in my area, as I might join a community in the near future and whatnot.

I live in Lees burg, Virginia.

Anyone there?

Lastly, am I too young for this, being thirteen?
