Hi Donette! I don't believe we have any meetups planned at the moment (there might be one for Katsucon but I'm not going so I don't know for sure.) We're mostly active on Facebook these days. The comm that's more focused in DC is Metro Lolitas, and the Baltimore comm is Charm City Lolitas. You're more than welcome to join both. :)
