So Happy New Year, people. This year will surely be better in some aspects. But before that, I want to mostly bitch about some recent things going on leading up to this bright, new year that is so full of potential awesomeness in comparison to this last one:

I want to dye my hair red. The dye should come in the mail today or tomorrow. I can`t used the Japanese stuff because it`s too rough on my hair...not to mention there are no real red shades for Japanese women. Reds are really unpopular when it comes to hair color. Women either have black, brown, or orangey blond. Red is doable, but people usually don`t like it, for whatever reason. Which is weird, because anime girls have super, crazy fire engine red hair all of the time. But they also have purple, blue, pink, and green hair too, so I guess that rational doesn`t make sense.
...Oh but a girl working at the salon I got my hair cut at went red a day or two after my cut. I mentioned my intention of dying it and how it was a lot more popular in the US than Japan. Maybe I can start a trend?
